The Feminist Alliance Trust was founded by Dr Sanjukta Basu with support from Social Activist Leher Sethi both of whom are the Trustees and Dr Basu the Settler of the Trust. The trust was formally registered in March 2025 even though both Dr Basu and Ms Sethi have been working on various social causes in their individual capacities. There are no other members yet but the founders are in the process of building a Board of Advisers and Trust Members.
The following are extracts from the Trust Deed which provides a basic intro to what this Trust is all about.
